Adventure, diving and cultural tours

We are the european-indonesian business company Firmengesellschaft P.T. EURINDO TOURISM GROUP (comparable to an AG in Germany with Rp. 1.000.000.000,-/about € 100.000,--
original stock).

At the moment, we have a variety of projects/offers for raw materials from Indonesia (au metal/gold, iron, nickel, chrome, asphalt, cement, marbel, mangan etc....etc.). Therefore, we need serious buyers and investors,
please do not hesitate to contact us.

We will also build up a new tourism ressort
in South Sulawesi - Indonesia
(we need a serious investor too), in an area spanning 508 hectars with, until now,
untouched sandy beaches.

This project is supported by the regional government (construction licence, street, supply of drinking water, telecommunication -Tel/ Fax/ Internet/E-Mail - and electricity as well as sewage and garbage disposal) and is supposed to become an example for environmental friendly torism for all Indonesia or even all Asia.

For realisation of the environmental friendly ressort, we plan: generation of current by solar plants, installation of salt water desalination plants based on solar energy and a well organised sewage disposal system.

We will not remove big trees, i.e.:
we will only build in places where
we do not destroy nature.

Buildings are planned to be mainly bungalows/cottages/rooms (planned size: bungalows/cottages ca. 30-40 qm
and rooms ca. 20-25 qm).

Further planned are: restaurant, shop, sports ground, swimming pool, diving center, landing-place for speedboats and traditionel
ships (PINISI) that cooperate with us.

The planned buildings shall fit the environment, such that the original image is preserved. We have already build up an international tourism network that enables us to also organise arrival and departure of tourists as well as tourist trips in the area.

In our ressort, we do not only provide the possibility to relax on the marvellous beaches around the area and to go swimming, but also
to go snorkeling and diving in the nearby
coral fields and reefs.

The surrounding flora and fauna in our untouched jungle, the mountains and the sea are inviting for day trips that we also like to organise as well as culture trips to closer or farer destinations.

We organise and combine tours, e.g. one or several day trips to Kajang Village/traditionally living original tribe of Bugis-Makassar and to islands surrounded by coral reefs, such as Kapoposang, Kambing, Liukang, Pasi, Selayar, or to the Bone Rate islands, cape- und reef diving round the city of Makassar and the sea of Flores. The area around Makassar, Bira Bay, Tanah Lemo and close-by islands with their extended sandy beaches and coral reefsare not only interesting for swimming and snorkeling but are
also traded as
"secret hint"
for divers.

The coral banks are full of colourful coral fish. For divers there are some remarkable drop-offs and throughout the year grey reef sharks, white tip reef sharks, hammer sharks, napoleons, barracudas, eagle stingrays, thunas, moon fish, dolphins, turtles etc. can be seen.

The area must not hide behind other
worldwide top diving areas.

In the 80s, the famous oceanologist
Jacques Cousteau
himself denoted the area as possibly the world's best diving area.

The sharks there are not aggressive.
But sometimes, strong currents are present. Therefore, a guide aquainted with the locality should always accompany diving trips.

Bira Bay offers possibilities for diving
for beginners as well as foradvaced divers. April/may/june is shark whale season,
july/august is mantaray (up to 7 meters width)
and whale season (2003 a whale of estimated 27m length stranded).

In addition, we offer tours to the more distanced island Kapoposang, to the WAKATOBI archipelago, to Derawan East Kalimantan/ THE ISLANDS OF DERAWAN (Derawan, Sangalaki, Kakaban, Maratua Dive Resorts) with the possibiliy to go
trekking, bamboo rafting, visit the Dayak
people, Orang Utan watching, to Tanah Toraja,
to Bali and Menado etc.

These offers will still be extended
(Java, Sumatra, Bali, Lombok, Flores etc).
